How to get started?

A virtual phone number is a telephone number used to route calls to the user’s own landline or mobile number.

Yes, Call365 numbers are regular numbers just like your telephone number.

Simply pick the local number your require, add your email address and create your new password to set up your new account.

How it works?

With your new account, you can set up the divert by adding your own phone number. All calls will then divert from your new number to your own phone number.

All incoming calls are diverted your own phone number, you simply answer like any other phone call you receive.

There is no limit on the amount of numbers you can have, you use numbers for different office locations or business departments, it’s up to you.

No, nothing at all, it simply diverts all calls to your own phone number.

Billing and payments?

We charge you a small monthly fee, plus low per minute call charges to divert any calls to your own phone number. See price list for full breakdown of costs.

We don’t ask to sign any long term contract and you can cancel your account at anytime.

We accept payments via all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard.

Your billing cycle starts from the date you sign up for the service and every 30 days after that.

You can sign into your account and click on the monthly statements to see the breakdown of calls and costs.

If you experience any type of quality problems, please contact support and if we cannot resolve the problem within 14 days, we will provide a refund.
